The Diocese of St Augustine | Office of Family Life invites you to experience a day that renews your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being and find wisdom and guidance to help you navigate this season with grace.

The retreat will take place on Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 9 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. with an optional welcoming Mass at 8 a.m. at the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche. The retreat will support those who have been caregivers in the past or are currently caring for others at-home and professionally. The day will include talks, time for reflection and silence, adoration, and a catered lunch.
